Executive Team
After earning her degree in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, Vanessa began her professional journey at international law firms in Hong Kong and Singapore. She focused on IPOs and M&A before transitioning to the world of startups and venture capital.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota, he joined an automotive parts trading company. After working in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen, he returned to Japan and founded Prospect Field Corporation in 2009, the predecessor to Lingble, which operates the denim store "DENIMIO". After that, he received a Fulbright Scholarship to attend a business school in Switzerland.
Naosuke Hayashi contributed to the growth of startup companies by raising a total of approximately 7.7 billion yen, and is also responsible for strategy development and execution based on the equity story, including pitch decks, business plans, and capital policies. Participated in several companies as Director, COO, CFO, and CSO. Hayashi has extensive experience in the initial establishment and operation/improvement of administrative divisions.
Since moving from Australia to Vietnam in 2014, Del has been involved in a number of software and technology companies in Vietnam, bridging the gap between western culture and Vietnamese skill and know-how. Del's past domain experience includes Fintech, Blockchain, Banking and Finance as well as eCommerce. His technical skills come from an extensive career in IT in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries.
Howie has been building brands for over a decade, working with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to get ready for IPO, launch new products, and re-align their organizations for growth. He is the Founder and Principal at Healthy Brand Consulting, previously Managing Director of Brand Strategy at Real Chemistry, managing a $15 million book of business. Howie has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.
After being a founding member and CTO of the British luxury e-commerce site Net-a-Porter, he led the launch of FARFETCH as a senior developer. Later, as Director of Technology at LVMH Group, he created and led the digital atelier and drove digital innovation for the LVMH Group. He joins Lingble from the LVMH Group in 2020.
